USER AGREEMENT

By using the InfernalBattle website and game server, you agree to the terms set out below.

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the infernalbattle.com website, the InfernalBattle game server, Account Panel, Updater, the project's Telegram resources, and other related services.

1.2. By using the website, creating a game account, logging into the game server, or using any Project services, the User confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must stop using the website, game server, and related Project services.

1.4. The Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement. The current version is always published on the Project website. Continued use of the Project after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

1.5. The Game Server Rules published on the website or through the official Project resources form an integral part of this Agreement.

2.1. Project means the infernalbattle.com website, InfernalBattle game servers, Account Panel, Updater, and other related services.

2.2. Administration means the persons responsible for managing, supporting, developing, and maintaining the Project.

2.3. User means an individual who uses the website or game server.

2.4. Game Account means the User's account used to access the game server.

2.5. Character means a virtual game object created by the User within a Game Account.

2.6. In-Game Assets means in-game items, currency, equipment, statuses, skills, bonuses, resources, and other virtual objects within the Project.

2.7. Paid Services means additional Project features provided to the User after adding funds to the balance or using other available methods of supporting the Project.

3.1. The User may be required to create a Game Account to access certain Project features.

3.2. The User must provide accurate information where such information is required for the operation of Project services.

3.3. The User is solely responsible for keeping their login, password, E-mail, and other account access information secure.

3.4. Sharing an account with third parties is done at the User's own risk. The Administration is not responsible for the loss of In-Game Assets resulting from the voluntary sharing of account access information.

3.5. If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must change their access credentials as soon as possible and contact the Administration.

3.6. The Administration may request additional information to verify the User's ownership of an account.

4.1. The User agrees to comply with the Server Rules and use the Project only within the available game mechanics.

4.2. The use of third-party software, bots, automation, exploits, vulnerabilities, client modifications, or other tools that provide an advantage is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Administration.

4.3. Interfering with the operation of the server, website, Updater, protection systems, network infrastructure, or other technical components of the Project is prohibited.

4.4. Using bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities of the Project to gain in-game advantages is prohibited. Users are encouraged to report discovered issues to the Administration.

4.5. Attempts to bypass restrictions related to HWID, IP, number of game windows, accounts, game zones, events, or other technical limitations of the Project are prohibited.

4.6. The Administration may apply game and technical restrictions necessary to protect the server, maintain game balance, and ensure fair play.

5.1. All in-game items, currency, characters, statuses, skills, and other In-Game Assets are virtual objects that exist exclusively within the Project.

5.2. In-Game Assets are not money, bank assets, securities, or physical property.

5.3. In-Game Assets have no guaranteed real-world monetary value and are not subject to mandatory exchange for real money.

5.4. The Administration may change the characteristics, value, acquisition methods, quantity, rarity, and other parameters of In-Game Assets.

5.5. In order to maintain game balance, the Administration may change the characteristics of items, classes, skills, bosses, locations, rewards, and other elements of gameplay.

5.6. The Administration does not guarantee that specific characteristics, value, or usefulness of in-game items and other virtual assets will remain unchanged indefinitely.

6.1. The Project may provide additional Paid Services, including adding funds to an internal balance and receiving related in-game features.

6.2. Payment for Paid Services is voluntary and is not required to access the core gameplay unless otherwise explicitly stated on the relevant Project page.

6.3. Before making a payment, the User must review the service description, price, and terms under which it is provided.

6.4. Balance crediting or delivery of a Paid Service may take additional time due to payment processing or technical reasons.

6.5. In case of payment issues, the User must contact the Administration and provide sufficient information to identify the payment.

6.6. Refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account the nature of the payment, whether the service has already been provided, the rules of the payment provider, and applicable mandatory legal requirements.

6.7. Initiating an unjustified chargeback after receiving the relevant service may be considered a violation of this Agreement.

7.1. The Administration may impose penalties for violations of this Agreement or the Server Rules.

7.2. Possible penalties include warnings, temporary suspension, permanent suspension of an account or character, HWID or IP restrictions, or restrictions on individual game features.

7.3. Depending on the nature of the violation, the Administration may remove or adjust unlawfully obtained In-Game Assets, statistics, achievements, or other results obtained through the violation.

7.4. The Administration determines the type and duration of a penalty based on the nature, recurrence, and consequences of the violation.

7.5. Attempts to bypass a suspension or restriction may result in additional penalties.

7.6. The Administration may review a penalty following an appeal by the User but is not obligated to revoke it.

8.1. The Project may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, bug fixes, protection against attacks, or other necessary technical work.

8.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or game server.

8.3. The Administration may modify game content, mechanics, balance, event schedules, character and item characteristics, NPCs, and other elements of the Project.

8.4. When technically necessary, the Administration may perform rollbacks, data corrections, or restore the server to a previous state.

8.5. The Administration may perform wipes, server merges, character transfers, and other major Project changes, notifying Users through official Project resources in advance whenever possible.

9.1. The User is responsible for all actions performed through their Game Account.

9.2. The User is solely responsible for the security of their device, operating system, E-mail, and other means of access.

9.3. The User is responsible for violations of the Server Rules, this Agreement, and applicable laws.

10.1. The Administration is not responsible for issues caused by the User's hardware, software, Internet connection, or device settings.

10.2. The Administration is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment systems, hosting providers, Internet service providers, or other external services.

10.3. The Administration does not guarantee the absence of technical errors, lag, disconnections, temporary downtime, or connection loss.

10.4. The Administration is not responsible for loss of account access resulting from the User sharing credentials with third parties, using a weak password, device infection, or other circumstances beyond the Administration's control.

10.5. Nothing in this Agreement limits the Administration's liability where such limitation is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

11.1. Website materials, texts, graphics, design, proprietary software components, databases, and other Project materials are protected in accordance with applicable law.

11.2. Lineage II, related names, images, game materials, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.

11.3. The Project does not claim exclusive rights to third-party materials belonging to their lawful rights holders.

11.4. The User may not copy, distribute, or use Project materials for commercial purposes without appropriate permission from the rights holder.

12.1. Data provided by the User during registration and use of the services may be processed in order to operate the Project.

12.2. The Project may also automatically collect technical information, including IP address, HWID, device information, browser information, client information, and activity on the website and game server.

12.3. This information may be used for authorization, account protection, violation prevention, technical support, analytics, and maintaining Project stability.

12.4. The website may use cookies and similar technologies required for authorization, saving settings, and operating certain features.

12.5. More detailed information regarding data processing may be provided in a separate Project Privacy Policy.

13.1. The User may stop using the Project at any time.

13.2. The Administration may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Project in case of a violation of this Agreement or the Server Rules.

13.3. Termination of Project use does not automatically entitle the User to compensation for previously received or used In-Game Assets or services.

14.1. In the event of a dispute, the User and the Administration should, where possible, attempt to resolve it by contacting Technical Support.

14.2. In order to review a disputed situation, the User must provide sufficient information to identify the account, character, payment, or relevant event.

14.3. This Agreement does not waive or limit any mandatory rights granted to the User under applicable law.

15.1. For questions regarding the Project, Game Account, payments, or technical support, the User may contact the Administration through the official Telegram account: @ADM_Infernal.

15.2. Users are advised to contact the Administration only through official Project resources and never share their Game Account password with third parties.
