InfernalBattle Server Rules
1. General Provisions
1.1. This set of rules applies to all resources maintained by the InfernalBattle project team: the game server, communities on social networks and messengers;
1.2. The project team reserves the right to make changes to the rules without prior notice to players;
1.3. A project team member reserves the right to independently choose the sanctions applied to a user (player) for violations of the project rules;
1.4. The project team reserves the right to suspend access to a player's master account, game account, and character without giving reasons;
1.5. Links posted to third-party sources are also moderated; if the content hosted on a third-party source violates the project rules, sanctions under clause 9 may be applied to the author who published the link;
2. Interaction with the Project Team
2.1. Threats against the project team are prohibited;
2.2. Publishing correspondence with the project team without prior agreement is prohibited;
2.3. Deceiving or attempting to deceive the project team (providing knowingly false information) is prohibited;
2.4. At any time, a player has the right to ask the administration to delete all data from the server, including characters and the account;
2.5. For the security of the project and the safety of users' accounts, we do not publish information about the server's IP addresses;
2.6. The project team does not interfere with the gameplay, except in cases of rule violations, scheduled events, and force majeure circumstances;
2.7. The project team reserves the right not to investigate cases of items going missing from characters if the account owner has shared account credentials with third parties;
3. Characters and Accounts
3.1. The account owner is solely responsible for their account, especially when the account is used jointly (sharing authorization credentials with third parties);
3.2. The account owner is solely responsible for the safety of characters and items, except in cases of force majeure under clause 8.2;
3.3. If the owner has shared their login and password with third parties, the project team is not obligated to investigate cases of missing items;
3.4. The account owner bears full responsibility for all actions performed from their account;
3.5. All accounts belonging to a single player may be subject to sanctions for a rule violation committed on one of them;
3.6. Accounts or characters inactive for more than 60 days may be deleted without the possibility of recovery;
4. Naming
4.1. When registering, creating, or changing a character name and/or nickname, the use of reserved words is prohibited: GM, Admin, ADM, Support, Administrator
4.2. Impersonating a member of the InfernalBattle team or a trusted representative of the project administration is prohibited;
4.3. Obscene, provocative, or offensive names and/or titles are prohibited;
5. Communication in In-Game Chats and Communities
5.1. Statements that may cause reputational damage to the project are prohibited;
5.2. Spreading false information regarding the InfernalBattle project is prohibited;
5.3. Directly or indirectly advertising other online games and/or projects is prohibited;
5.4. Any manifestations of racism and nationalism are prohibited;
5.5. Any political statements and/or political agitation are prohibited;
5.6. The use of the symbols “Z”, “V”, “O” in the context of supporting military actions is prohibited;
5.7. The use of fascist symbols is prohibited;
5.8. Publicly giving away items in the context of leaving the project is prohibited;
5.9. Threats against players are prohibited if they are unrelated to the gameplay;
5.10. Calls to leave the project are prohibited;
5.11. Insults to family members are prohibited;
5.12. Mentioning family members in an offensive or degrading context is prohibited.
5.13. Flooding and spam are prohibited;
5.14. Profanity in the game is allowed, with the exceptions of 5.11, 5.12;
6. Gameplay
6.1. Any kind of gameplay automation is prohibited: the use of third-party software and/or peripheral-device macros, third-party files, and modifications of the game client;
6.2. The use of game flaws (bugs) is prohibited. If any are discovered, the player undertakes to report them to the project team by contacting technical support;
6.3 Recovery of items deleted by a player
If a player has deleted items, they can be recovered. To do so, submit a request to technical support on the page: infernalbattle.com/ru/support
6.4 Items lost during a failed enchantment are not subject to recovery.
7. Trading
7.1. Any fraudulent actions carried out to obtain another player's funds or property are prohibited;
7.2. Exploiting game flaws while trading is prohibited, such as texture similarity, removing items during a trade, etc.;
7.3. Buying / selling in-game valuables for real money (RMT) or other out-of-game valuables or services is prohibited. Only the in-game Marketplace may be used;
7.4. Exchanging any in-game items (adena, weapons, armor, resources, etc.) between servers / other games is prohibited. Exchanging game characters and/or accounts is prohibited in any form, including within a single server. Mentioning or discussing such transactions in the game, communities, or on third-party resources is prohibited;
8. Force Majeure Circumstances
8.1. A DDoS attack on the server; in this case, the administration reserves the right to reschedule any event to another day, undertaking to immediately notify players via an announcement in the in-game chat;
8.2. Emergency incidents at the data center;
8.3. Cases of theft of items dropped from epic bosses during clan events. The project team reserves the right to return the items to the clan leader who closed the raid. Items are located in the logs by ObjectId;
9. Sanctions for Violation of the Project Rules
9.1. Blocking the violator's accounts from accessing the game server and communities on social networks and messengers;
9.2. Blocking access to the server by HWID \ IP;
9.3. Deletion of the account and/or character;
9.4. Blocking of the in-game chat, including by HWID;
9.5. Removal of items from the character;
9.6. Temporary restriction of the character's actions;
10. Blocking Policy
10.1. The presence of a single account ban may serve as grounds for banning the violator's remaining accounts, regardless of their registration date;
10.2. The presence of a ban on one of the InfernalBattle project's resources may serve as grounds for a ban on the project's other resources: the game server, communities on social networks and messengers;
10.3. A player who has received a ban has the right to submit an appeal — it will be reviewed by the project team in order of queue, and the decision is made at the discretion of the support staff member;
11. Payments and Topping Up the Personal Account Balance
11.1. You agree that after a payment has been successfully completed, you will not raise disputes or claims against the payment aggregators.
11.2. In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity, your account may be banned.
11.3. We are not responsible for the fees charged by payment aggregators.
12. Project RMT Policy
RMT (Real Money Trading) is the transfer or receipt of in-game items, currency, accounts, or services for real money.
What is considered RMT:
- Selling or buying adena, items, or resources for real money;
- Exchanging in-game valuables between other games or servers;
- Posting sale offers in chat, Discord, messengers, or on third-party sites;
- Intermediation, advertising, or assistance in the transfer or handover of RMT items.
Sanctions for the SELLER:
- Full ban of the account and all associated accounts
- Ban by HWID / IP
- Deletion of all associated items and currency
- Without the right to an unban or appeal
A seller is any account caught receiving money or offering to sell in-game valuables for real money.
Sanctions for the BUYER:

The decision on the amount of the fine and the possibility of an unban is made by the administration on an individual basis.
