SERVER RULES
By playing on InfernalBattle, you automatically agree to the project rules. Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
1.1. These rules apply to all official InfernalBattle resources: the game server, website, social networks, and messengers.
1.2. By using the project's resources and continuing to play on the server, the player automatically agrees to these rules.
1.3. The Administration reserves the right to modify or supplement these rules without prior notice to players. The current version of the rules is always published on the project's official website.
1.4. The Administration determines the appropriate penalty at its own discretion, taking into account the nature, severity, and circumstances of the violation.
1.5. In case of a rule violation, the Administration may temporarily restrict or permanently block access to the game account, character, and other project resources.
1.6. Links and materials published by players on project resources are also subject to these rules. The user who publishes such content is responsible for it.
1.7. Not knowing these rules does not exempt a player from responsibility.
2.1. Threats, blackmail, and any attempts to pressure the Administration or other project representatives are prohibited.
2.2. Publishing private correspondence with the Administration without prior approval is prohibited.
2.3. Deliberately misleading the Administration, providing knowingly false information, fabricated evidence, or concealing significant circumstances during the review of a request is prohibited.
2.4. Players have the right to contact the Administration regarding gameplay, accounts, payments, bugs, or rule violations.
2.5. For project security reasons, the Administration is not required to disclose technical information about the server infrastructure, including IP addresses, protection configuration, and other internal data.
2.6. The Administration does not interfere with gameplay unless necessary, except in cases involving rule violations, events, maintenance, or emergency situations.
2.7. The Administration may refuse to investigate the loss of in-game valuables if the account owner voluntarily shared login credentials with third parties.
2.8. The primary way to contact the project Administration is Telegram: @ADM_Infernal.
3.1. The account owner is solely responsible for the security of their login, password, and other authorization data.
3.2. Sharing account credentials with another person is done entirely at the account owner's own risk.
3.3. If the owner voluntarily shared login credentials with third parties, the Administration is not required to restore lost items, currency, or other in-game valuables.
3.4. The account owner is responsible for all actions performed through their account, regardless of who was actually using the account at the time of the violation.
3.5. In case of a serious violation, sanctions may also apply to other accounts belonging to the same player.
3.6. Accounts and characters inactive for more than 60 days may be deleted without the possibility of restoration.
3.7. Selling, purchasing, or exchanging game accounts or characters is prohibited.
4.1. Names that create the impression of being associated with the project Administration are prohibited, including: GM, Admin, ADM, Support, Administrator and obvious variations thereof.
4.2. Impersonating an Administrator, moderator, InfernalBattle representative, or trusted representative of the Administration is prohibited.
4.3. Clearly offensive, provocative, or obscene character names, clan names, alliance names, and titles are prohibited.
4.4. The Administration may require a name to be changed or change it directly if it violates the project rules.
5.1. Deliberately spreading knowingly false information about the InfernalBattle project is prohibited.
5.2. Advertising other game servers, projects, third-party resources, or services without permission from the Administration is prohibited.
5.3. Racist and nationalist insults, as well as incitement of hatred based on nationality, race, or ethnicity, are prohibited.
5.4. Political campaigning and deliberate provocation of political conflicts in the project's game and official chats are prohibited.
5.5. The use of the symbols “Z”, “V”, “O” in the context of supporting military actions is prohibited.
5.6. The use of Nazi or other extremist symbols for the purpose of promoting or supporting the corresponding ideology is prohibited.
5.7. Real-life threats against other players that are unrelated to gameplay are prohibited.
5.8. Insulting the family members of other players, as well as mentioning relatives in a degrading or offensive context, is prohibited.
5.9. Flooding and spam that interfere with normal player communication are prohibited.
5.10. Calls for players to leave the project en masse, as well as public giveaways of in-game valuables for the purpose of demonstratively leaving the server, are prohibited.
5.11. Profanity itself is not prohibited unless it violates other provisions of these rules.
6.1. The use of third-party software that automates gameplay or provides an advantage over other players is prohibited.
6.2. The use of third-party macros, programs, modifications, or client files that automate character actions or provide advantages not intended by the server is prohibited.
6.3. Automation features officially implemented by the Administration directly into the InfernalBattle game client or server are allowed.
6.4. Intentionally exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or flaws in the server or game client to gain an advantage is prohibited.
6.5. If a serious bug or vulnerability is discovered, the player must report it to the Administration and must not exploit it for personal benefit.
6.6. Items accidentally deleted by the player may be restored after contacting Technical Support, provided that it is technically possible to verify the deletion.
6.7. Items lost as a result of failed enchantment will not be restored.
6.8. The Administration may reverse the results or consequences of bug exploitation, including obtained EXP, currency, items, and other in-game advantages.
7.1. Fraudulent actions aimed at obtaining another player's in-game valuables through deception are prohibited.
7.2. Intentionally exploiting interface features, similar item icons, item names, trade cancellation or modification, or other methods to mislead another player is prohibited.
7.3. Buying or selling in-game valuables for real money or other out-of-game valuables is prohibited. Official project systems, including the server's Marketplace, are excluded from this restriction.
7.4. Exchanging InfernalBattle in-game valuables for items, currency, accounts, or services from other servers or games is prohibited.
7.5. Selling, purchasing, or exchanging game characters and accounts is prohibited in any form.
7.6. Posting offers, advertising, or discussing prohibited transactions in game chat, official project communities, or third-party resources is prohibited.
7.7. Detailed rules regarding real-money trading are provided in section “12. RMT / Real Money Trading”.
8.1. In the event of DDoS attacks, data center issues, network infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond the Administration's control, server operation may be temporarily restricted.
8.2. In case of serious technical issues, the Administration may postpone or cancel scheduled in-game events.
8.3. If necessary, the Administration may roll back the game world to the most recent valid save.
8.4. In the event of a technical error, the Administration independently determines whether restoration of lost in-game valuables is necessary and technically possible.
8.5. In case of a dispute involving items dropped by an Epic/Raid Boss during an organized clan event, the Administration may review game logs and decide whether the items should be returned to the rightful recipient or Clan Leader.
9.1. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, one or more sanctions may be applied to the player.
9.2. Warning.
9.3. Temporary or permanent game chat restriction.
9.4. Temporary restriction of specific game functions or character actions.
9.5. Removal of illegally obtained items, currency, or other in-game valuables.
9.6. Temporary or permanent suspension of the game account.
9.7. Suspension of the offender's related accounts.
9.8. Server access restriction by HWID / IP.
9.9. Deletion of the character or game account.
9.10. Restriction of access to official communities and other project resources.
9.11. The Administration may determine the penalty individually based on the circumstances and consequences of the violation, as well as the player's previous violation history.
10.1. A rule violation on one account may serve as grounds for applying sanctions to other accounts belonging to the same player.
10.2. A rule violation on one of InfernalBattle's official resources may result in restricted access to other project resources.
10.3. Attempting to bypass a suspension by creating or using another account may result in the suspension of new and related accounts.
10.4. A player has the right to appeal a suspension to the Administration unless the rules governing the specific violation explicitly state that no appeal is permitted.
10.5. Appeals are reviewed individually. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the penalty will be removed or reduced.
10.6. Providing false information or fabricated evidence when submitting an appeal may result in the appeal being rejected.
11.1. Balance top-ups are processed through the payment systems available on the official website.
11.2. Fees, exchange rates, and additional charges imposed by payment systems may vary depending on the selected payment method and are not determined by the InfernalBattle Administration.
11.3. If there is an issue with payment crediting, the player must contact the Administration and provide the necessary payment information.
11.4. Fraudulent payments, unauthorized use of another person's payment method, unjustified chargebacks, and other payment abuse may result in the suspension of the account and related accounts.
11.5. The Administration may temporarily restrict access to an account while a disputed or suspicious payment is being investigated.
11.6. In-game valuables, bonuses, or balance obtained through a canceled, refunded, or fraudulent payment may be removed.
12.1. RMT (Real Money Trading) means selling, purchasing, transferring, or receiving in-game valuables, accounts, characters, or in-game services in exchange for real money or other out-of-game valuables.
12.2. RMT includes:
- selling or purchasing Adena, items, resources, or other in-game currency for real money;
- selling or purchasing characters and accounts;
- exchanging in-game valuables between InfernalBattle and other servers or games;
- paying real money for in-game services;
- posting offers to purchase or sell RMT-related valuables;
- acting as an intermediary, advertising, or assisting in RMT transactions.
12.3. This prohibition applies regardless of where the transaction takes place or is discussed, including game chat, Telegram, Discord, forums, social networks, third-party websites, and other platforms.
Penalties for Sellers
12.4. An account found selling in-game valuables for real money or posting an offer to do so may receive:
- permanent account suspension;
- suspension of all related accounts;
- HWID / IP ban;
- removal of items and in-game currency related to the violation;
- permanent suspension with no possibility of unban or appeal.
A seller is a player who receives real money or other out-of-game valuables in exchange for in-game valuables, as well as a player who posts an offer to make such a sale.
Penalties for Buyers
12.5. First violation:
Warning + removal of all in-game valuables acquired through RMT.
12.6. Second violation:
Temporary suspension for up to 30 days + removal of all in-game valuables acquired through RMT.
The possibility and conditions of an early unban are determined individually by the Administration.
12.7. Third violation or a violation involving an exceptionally large transaction:
Permanent suspension of the account and all related accounts.
12.8. The Administration independently determines the player's level of involvement in an RMT transaction based on available evidence and game logs.
12.9. The severity of the sanction may be increased depending on the transaction volume, repeated violations, intermediary involvement, or attempts to conceal the RMT transaction.
12.10. The use of official trading systems and the Marketplace provided by the InfernalBattle server itself does not constitute a violation of this section.
