The fastest way to get an answer from the administration and moderators.
Most often this is caused by corrupted files.
1. Add the game folder to your antivirus exceptions (Windows Defender).
2. Run Updater.exe and click "Full check".
Our files are protected against tampering, so some antivirus programs may trigger false positives. Restore the deleted file from quarantine and add the game folder to the "Whitelist".
Crediting usually happens within 5-10 minutes. If more than an hour has passed: create a ticket in Discord.
Use the password recovery form in the login window of your Personal Account. You will need access to the e-mail the account is registered to.
Try using the proxy servers available when logging into the game (Proxy 1, Proxy 2). Also make sure you have no torrents or heavy background programs running.
The server has a limit: 1 active window per (HWID). We support the concept of a live online community without "trains".
Make sure you have all the required drivers installed (DirectX, Visual C++). Try running the client as Administrator.
Go to the "Download" page on our website. We recommend downloading our Updater to avoid errors.
Auto-farm is built into the game interface (the sword icon next to the skill bar). It is free and available to all players from level 1.
