First, add the game folder to the exclusions in Windows Defender or your antivirus. Then launch the Updater and run a full file check.

If the error persists, send the administrator a screenshot or the full error message.

Add the game client folder to your antivirus exclusions. If a file has already been deleted, restore it from quarantine, then launch the Updater again and check the game files.

Check your login and password and make sure the server is online.

If the client closes immediately after login or character selection, run a full file check using the Updater. If the issue persists, contact the administrator.

Use the password recovery option in the Account Panel. You will need access to the E-mail address used to register the account.

Balance is usually credited automatically within a few minutes.

If the funds haven't arrived for a long time, contact the administrator and provide your game account, payment amount, payment method, and proof of payment.

Try switching to another available Proxy when logging into the game. Also disable VPNs, torrents, downloads, and other applications that may be using your Internet connection.

If the issue occurs only on our server, tell the administrator your region and Internet provider.

Use the .repair command from another character or use the available character recovery feature.

If this doesn't help, contact the administrator and provide the character name.

Use files only from the official Download page on our website. We recommend using the official Updater to install and update the game client.

Auto Farm is built into the Game Client and is available directly through the game interface. Additional Auto Farm settings can be opened with the .autofarm command.

Use the .menu command. The main menu contains the key server features and services.

Use the .boss command. It provides up-to-date information about Raid Boss respawns on the server.
